Edamame (Soy) and Lentil Bean Seed

Edamame is the form of soy bean grown for fresh use, nicely sweet and full of flavor. They can also be dried for later use as a delicious snack. Lentils are typically dried for use later in soups and stews, although their use for sprouts and fresh use is on the rise. Both can be planted in spring for warm season growth.
